American Samoa - Early Intervention
|
Part C Early Intervention Program --- HELPING HANDS
|
Helping Hands is a family-centered early
intervention program for infants and toddlers birth -
through their third birthday.
We recognize and respect the fundamental role of
the family in the lives of children with developmental
delays and/or special health needs.
Family-centered services support families in their
natural care-giving and decision-making roles by
building on their unique strengths.
We believe that parents and professionals are
equals in a partnership committed to the
development of optimal quality in the delivery of all
services.
